SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing. Preorder and made-to-order items will ship according to the estimated timeframe listed at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Chap & Graham is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Chap & Graham purchase! Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches and limited quantities, please review product descriptions, sizing, and measurements before purchasing.

Full-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original ship date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has its original tags attached.

Returns received outside the 30-day window or items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

SALE + DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

This includes items purchased using a promotional discount code unless otherwise stated at the time of the promotion.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

If Chap & Graham made an error with your order, we will make it right and cover the necessary return shipping.

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns of full-priced merchandise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

FIT + PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS

Many Chap & Graham pieces are intentionally designed with relaxed, oversized, or unique silhouettes. Please refer to each product's description and sizing information before ordering.

Differences in personal fit preference, fabric weight, texture, or how an item looks or feels in person are not considered product defects when the item matches its product description.
